A project inspired by Pre-Raphaelite paintings and Arthurian legend of the Lady of the Lake. The pattern for the cotehardie was draped on a padded stand, and cut from silk noil that I had dyed. Long seams are machine sewn, but the neckline and sleeve hems are hand-sewn, and eyelets hand-bound.
